Fluffy Baked Potato


'Fluffy' make brilliant jackets:


1. Fork stab either side of the potato, and place them in the microwave on high for 5 to 6 mins (per 2 potatoes).

2. Evenly coat the spuds in olive oil, sprinkle salt over the coat and place them in the oven (400°F, 200°C) for 30 mins until the skin is crispy and a skewer slides easily in to the potato

3. Remove the potatoes, slice open, and top with the topping of your choice. We suggest butter, a dollop of sour cream and chopped chives!



Fluffy Roast Potato


'Fluffy' is also perfect for making those irresistible roasts:


1. Add the potatoes to cold water and bring to the boil. Don't leave the potatoes in the water for more than 10 minutes in total.

2. Drain them and coat in the oil or fat of your choice. Use 15ml (1 tblspn) /25g (1oz) fat for each 450g (1lb) of potatoes.

3. Roast in an oven preheated to 200°C/425°F/Gas mark 6 for approximately 45 minutes, turning twice.



Fluffy Mashed Potato


'The Same Every Time' 'Fluffy' Potatoes are good for mashing.


1. Place the potatoes in a pan with just enough water to cove them

2. Bring to the boil, the cover with a lid and let simmer for 20 mins or until tender. Then drain.

3. Bring the milk to the boil, then pour the milk over the potatoes and mash until smooth. Add butter if desired.

4. Season to taste, and serve immediately.





Fluffy Chip Potato


 If it's chipped potatoes you're craving,  'Fluffy' will do the job! Here's how we oven bake them:


1. Pre heat oven to 200°C/Gas Mark 6.

2. Cut the unpeeled potatoes into 1cm thick chip wedges

3. Wash and dry well on kitchen paper.

5. Place on a non-stick baking tray and drizzle with olive oil, season to taste.

5. Bake for 35 mins, turning halfway through cooking.
